Eco Chefs gives first preference to locally grown vegetables and meats for its food production. It gives preference to fair-trade when locally grown ingredients are not available.

Composting

Eco Chefs compost all the organic waste.

Environmental Stewardship
  • Eco Chefs operations run on clean energy provided by Bull Frog power.
  • All of our waste is sorted by organic waste, recyclable, non recyclable waste. We are proud to say that we divert 80% our waste from landfills.
  • We use biodegradable cleaning agents to clean.
  • All the equipment in our facilities is energy star and uses less energy.
  • Our taps are non drip, motion sensored, our toilets are low water usage toilets.
  • Our lighting is also motion sensored and we use low energy bulbs.
  • All of our furniture is from recycled material.
