Vegan Recipe
No-Egg Omelette Extraordinaire
- 2 Cups Chickpea flour
- 0.5 Cup Chopped green onion
- 0.5 Cup Chopped red pepper
- 1 Cup Coarsely chopped spinach
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Canola oil
- 2 cups Water
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.
Now heat griddle and spread1 teaspoon of oil on it. Make sure griddle is not too hot as omellette is supposed to be made on medium heat.
Now pour 2 tablespoon of batter on the griddle. Batter should not be thick and spread it on the griddle as you would with Pancake. Wait 30-50 seconds for it to be done on one side.
When one side is done turn it over and cook other side.
